Vacuum Therapy

What is Vacuum Therapy?

Vacuum therapy is a non-invasive method for the treatment of severe cellulite. Utilizing suction devices, the adipose tissue is drained and the fat is moved towards the lymphatic system. In addition to eliminating fat, vacuum therapy exfoliates the skin, provides elasticity, and relaxes the muscles. The adipocytes that compose adipose tissue are extracted using vacuum therapy, which also eliminates orange-peel skin and improves blood circulation. In addition, it improves circulation in the hypodermis, dermis, and epidermis. This technique consists of massaging the area (in an outward direction) with suction, which aids in the drainage of cell-bound fluid. A small device consisting of a sterile, transparent cup is utilized to suction the adipose tissue. The cup is placed on the cellulite-affected area and programmed to begin suctioning gently. In order to achieve better results, the treatment is sometimes combined with radiofrequency and LED light energy, as these techniques improve the skin's appearance and elasticity. Depending on the degree and amount of cellulite, between 12 and 15 sessions may be required to complete the treatment and eliminate cellulite. If the treatment is adhered to correctly and is accompanied by a healthy, well-balanced diet and exercise, after the seventh session, results will be visible. Once the treatment is finished, it is suggested that one session per month be performed to maintain the results. Vacuum therapy requires no special preparation, but you should drink plenty of water and maintain a healthy lifestyle. During and after vacuum therapy, you should consume lots of water to aid in the elimination of adipose tissue that is expelled in the urine. Additionally, you should avoid fatty and sugary foods, as well as excessive amounts of flour and salt, which can slow the elimination process.
